Several years ago a friend of mine reinforced what I already knew about property and challenged me to stop thinking about it, and start doing something.

So I have, and for the last seven years I have shared this information and challenged others to defeat apathy or fear and take responsibility for their financial future. Presenting Investment Property seminars and workshops both here and in Australia has given me the opportunity to meet, network and learn from a vast variety of other investors, developers and financial specialists.

As diverse as people can be, so are the approaches to property investment. The common denominator I have found is that although we may go about investing differently, we all agree on one thing - long term, good property is well worth the commitment.
